Can't fall asleep

I’ll try to go to sleep at 11pm but I usually don’t fall asleep until after 1 am. I’ll just be laying there for hours still awake. How do I fall asleep quickly?

I have the same problem but ill fall asleep at around 3-6am! heres some things you can do before you go to bed make sure your relaxed and calm a warm bath can help, or a warm glass of milk dont exerscise a few hours beforehand, if you need to do something like yoga or meditate maybe put on some sofy music that calms and relaxes you make sure your bed isnt too cold or too hot, otherwise you cant get to sleep you could try putting a bit of levender oil on your pillow before you go to bed that will help relax you dont eat a big meal before bed or if still no luck perhaps paint your room a more relaxing colour colours like black, and red are not good for relaxing calming colours include light blue, pink, yellow, soft colours and that or you could go to the doctor and he/she cant prescribe you some medication if nessessary

I also suffer from this, but I stay up much later. what helps me the most is turning off all my lights while lying down listening to my ipod. long slow songs usually do the trick or classical music.
