how can I fall asleep faster and stay asleep?

how can I fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer I think I have insomnia and I cant fall asleep until 1am I go to bed at 11! And I wake up at 7 or 8 I want to fall asleep faster and stay asleep?

Try a supplement called Melatonin. Melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone that helps you sleep. That alone might make you sleep, just don’t take more than two 4mg tablets at a time. When I think I might have extra trouble sleeping, I sometimes use one 4mg tablet in conjunction with a Wal-Mart “equate” brand OTC sleeping aid gel-cap, and it puts me right out. If that doesn’t work, you need to see a doctor.
