Can I sue my employer for this injury?

I injured myself on the job and am no longer able to do the same work and make the same living. Can I sue my employer? Can I sue for retraining?

Consult a lawyer - can you prove the company was somehow negligent ? - did you immediately report the injury/incident to your supervisor or make a Workers Compensation report ? - did you immediately seek medical ?..things to consider..Good luck !!
