Can I sue my employer for this injury?
I injured myself on the job and am no longer able to do the same work and make the same living. Can I sue my employer? Can I sue for retraining?
Consult a lawyer - can you prove the company was somehow negligent ? - did you immediately report the injury/incident to your supervisor or make a Workers Compensation report ? - did you immediately seek medical ?..things to consider..Good luck !!
Check you Worksman Compensation Laws. They are online for your state. If you do not understand them,Consult a Worksman Attorney.
You should seek the consultation of a lawyer to see if you have a case, which you may or may not. I’m, not a lawyer & don’t know the situation so.. Call around and see if you can get a free consultation.
Need more information. But, you should show it to a local lawyer. Most will answer one question without charge.

Yes but it will depend upon the situation.Does an injury occur due to your carelessness nature or employer is responsible for this.I think you should consult your problem with an expert personal injury lawyer.
