Can I still breast feed and be a full time working mother?

It is difficult. You will have to invest in a breast pump and work diligently to keep your milk supply up.

My wife tried to do this. Unfortunately nothing keeps your milk supply up as well as nursing your baby. Pumping periodically while at work her milk supply dwindled to 1/3 to 1/2 what our daughter needed so we had to use formula too. We figured that any breast milk was better than none so she kept this routine for a year.
