can I move out of my aunts house at the age of 15

I’m 15 years old, I live with my aunt and unce, due to the fact that my parents are alcoholics. I have been through a lot in my lifetime, and now I can say are the hardest times. My aunt never understands where im coming from. Whenever I do something wrong she always brings up the fact that I have a horrible mother who never wanted me. My aunt takes everything way to far. She is on a whole bunch of different pills, and she is a diabetic. Everyone in my family thinks she is psyco and she needs help. I just cant live with the hurt anymore. I want to move out, but not have to go through the whole court system thing, If I do end up moving out I have a place to go, I’ll still be attending school, and I will be getting a job sometime soon. I just need some help.

I am working on a case just like yours at work. This will not involve a court un-less your aunt fights back if she is you legal parent depending on where you live you can devours her and live with a responsible person over the age of 21. But you will need to go to court to go get papers signed and that is all. that simple (:

I hope this will work for

Answer #2

That would involve the court, I’m pretty sure. An emancipation maybe? I’m not a professional, but I know as a minor you are not allowed to decide where you want to live at any given time. (Unless it’s a parent separation issue. Sometimes you are allowed to choose where you live.)
