He wants to move out into my house

Ok im 15 and my boyfriend is 16 and he hates his whole family and his family doesnt like him either; well he wants to move out into my house, my mom is more then happy to have him here she absolutely loves him to deaattthhh and she wouldnt mind having him here at all; anyway I want to know is it legal for him to move in with my mom and I at age 16 in massachuessetts without consenting his parents??

because his mom doesnt want him to go out anywhere; he always has to sneak out to be with me or his friends; shes trying to make his life miserable :/
