Can I move out at 15 without parents permission?

I’m 15 my boyfriend is 16 about to be 17 and my parents wont let me be with him and I love him, his parents said I could move in with them and they would take care of me, can I legally do that?

Answer #1

no you would have to go to the court and get emancipated. until you are 18 your mom is responsible for you… that is the only way you would be able to move in is gettin emancipated.. its a long process and you have to show them proof that you can fend for yourself and have a real reason why you want to be on your own… I dont think the court is gunna let you get emancipated because #1 its not a good enough reason to want to be on your own. #2 you dont have a job or anything…

Answer #2

The short answer is no.

Answer #3

Well if your parents know where you are and are okay with it then yes. But as strong as you might think this love is, your parents really care about you, and you will probably regret leaving them if you do. So I would suggest not leaving them, because in the end it will hurt you as well as them think about it.
