How do I move out of the country without my parents permission?

I am 15 right now and I turn 16 soon in a month or so and my ex-boyfriend(im bi)lives in england while I live here in america(pennsylvania)we are both really uncomfortable with being so far away from eachother but my mom will not let me move there or even go there to visit every once in a while and he broke up with me until we live closer to eachother and once we do we will get back together please understand that I don’t care how you feel about this or if you think I shouldn’t go I am going to go and I don’t want to hear where people stand on the situation! I just need to find a way to get around my mom because she will not give me permission so anybody who knows a way please tell me!!!

Ps. He is 18 now and in college and couldn’t get into one in america! And yes I do love him!!!

I understand love and know that you have made up your mind. Realize however that this is a very ADULT step that you are taking and that being said if you want to be treated like an adult then you must not run away like a child. Unfortunately without parental permission even if you could figure out a way to get a passport and get there, which is highly unlikely with all the id restrictions of flying internationally., perhaps you could pick up a fake passport and id on the streets of New York, but even then your mother will know where you are an may just come and get you. The courts could help your become emancipated before you are 18 but you would have to show not only cause but a level of maturity for this to work. May I please suggest that you go back to approaching your mother on this and perhaps you can find a medium ground to meet on. Remember to hold your head up, provide her with good solid reasoning and don’t throw a hissy fit. Show her that you are mature and perhaps she will maybe allow you to travel over there for the summer or something to help you discover whether this relationship is a passing fling or something that is truly going to suit you and your boyfriend. Handle your mother with maturity and logic and let her know that your feelings on this are not going away. Visiting might be a little softer than the relocation idea. Good luck!

and moe214 no not unless some one reports it and we are like ya know sleeping together(which we wont be!!!)

Answer #3

it’s not to get out of the house! lol it’s so that I can be with him and yes I have not met him which is another reason for me to go before I’ve been with him for years because that would make things much harder

Answer #4

yea that thingy but seriously im desperate and will try anything!!! please if you have a way then tell me and as for the middle ground thing I’ve tried in everyway but she just won’t listen im not gunna stop trying but I dont think she will let me and in case she doesn’t I need a way to get there like NOW!!!

Answer #5

I already have thought about it and tried to discuss it with my mom and I decided I wanna go no matter what I just need to find a way if that way is getting emancipated then ok but I want that to be the last resort so im trying to find out different ways to do it so ya wouldn’t happen to know any would you?

Answer #6

If you got caught with a fake Passport you would be arrested and basically screwed for life, thats a federal crime. Just wait a few years I know it’s hard but really going to jail for years isn’t worth it. Another thing I must say is if you haven’t met him going to a forign country to meet him isn’t smart, I know your in a whirl wind of romance and such but my cousin dated someone online for 2 years and finally met them in person and it wasn’t who they thought it’d be and it broke her heart. Go stay with a friend for awhile. thats really your best bet.
