Can I be pregnant when using birth control and him pulling out?

If I am on birth control and take it reguarly and I had sex 4 days before my period and the guy pulled out before he came. IS there a big chance I could be pregnant or am I worrying to much

Answer #1

There is a small chance of getting pregnant but a HUGE chance of catching an STD.

Answer #2

I had the same issue a while ago. Just take a deep breath and relax. Stress can mess with your period too. So dont worry about it just yet. Good luck. (:

Answer #3

I dubt it , because of the pill.

but use comdoms, your gunna get an std sooner or later iof you dont && not using a comdom increases your chances of servicle cancer. a lot.

make sure you go to the gum clinic and ger check ups reguly , okay ?

and take a test any way to be safe. and stop your self worrying.

You used two different types of birth control AND you had sex during a safe part of your cycle. Oral contraceptives offer a 97% protection, and the rhythm method (having sex the week before or the week after your period) is about 75% safe. withdrawal offers only about a 60% chance

So if my math is correct, you cut down that three percent risk by 75% because of the timing of your sex. Thats less than 1 percent. Add the pulling out to that, and I’d say your odds are around 1 in 200

Answer #5

If you have sex- there is Always a chance of getting preggers… But if its only been 4 days, your worrying too much.

Answer #6

No answer you receive on here will really help you out. The only way will be to get tested. If you have the same situation, there is the Morning After Pill, but otherwise you will have to hit up more conventional methods.

First big advice; Pulling Out doesn’t work. He is producing pre-cum throughout the entire process of sex, and that can get you pregnant as easily as full-on cum can.

Birth control is a good measure, but condoms would do you better than the pull-out method.

All in all, there’s no accurate way to measure your odds. On Birth Control, it’s small. With precaution, it’s small… but does small mean it can’t happen? Not at all.

I apologise if this isn’t the answer you wanted to hear, but know that I’d rather have you informed than have you think all is well and suddenly one day months down the road you realize that some ‘fluffy and happy’ advice didn’t help.

Finally, get yourself tested when you can if you’re too worried about it. There are plenty of methods for this, such as the over-the-counter urinalysis sticks (some of which can be used earlier than 2 weeks…) ask a Pharmacist or a Doctor for better advice.
