Calming nerves???

Blahhh so im going on tour tomarrow for the first time in a while and im nervous because I have a new look and have a whole bunch of new music that im not sure people will like? Is there any way to calm my nerves?

eat a banana. and breath deeply in and out continuously. ^^. eating bananas really does calm your nerves. thts why I eat one before any competition. ^^. and breathing relaxes your muscles. ^_^. good luck!

I used to be a stage actress before, and what I do to do thinks right is, I take a shot of tequila and chew a gum berfore your performance…

Don’t worry. Act like nothing is new, act like everything is how it use to be. Don’t focus on whether others will like your new look or not, play it cool. As long as YOUR happy with yourself, that’s all that matters. Right before you go on stage, take some deep breaths and tell yourself “I can do this, it’s just like any other show… NOTHING is different”. Hope this helps, need anything else, let me know.
