What do you call this - "letting go of myself", or simply "change"?

Okay so lately i’ve changed, i dont really dress up anymore, i usually just wear sweater & sweat pants, & i keep my hair n a bun & i compeltelyy stopped wearing make up, i havent been going out much cuz i’ve been focusing extremely hard on school, Everyone claims im letting my self go -__- but i think its just a changeee , its temporary though, i just wanna get school over with, its pretty annoying. what do you guys think?

temporaily letting yourself go, i would call it.

Answer #2

your in a rut maybe

Answer #3

its just bein a lil lazy. puttong less effort in one part of your life so you can put more effort in what matters. i have done it too. with this site.

Answer #4

Neither. I think its being mature and responsible given the fact that you are focusing most of your energy into school. Keep up the good work, and don’t let anyone discourage you. Looks fade, fashions go out of style, friends move on, but nobody can ever take your knowledge or education away from you.

Answer #5

thank youu ! this is what i needed lol

Answer #6

Changing priorities? You only have so much time and energy for all of the different aspects of your life. As you get older you will find that you have more demands and less energy to meet them so readjusting your priorities will always be part of life. When you feel more secure about one part of your life you can raise the priority of other parts.

Answer #7

Could be that you’re single-focused and tend to put all your energies into one thing at a time. It’s a trait that has lots of advantages if you’re intent on striving for and accomplishing goals. Use it to your advantage!
