How do I let go of being abused?

No detals I dont want to talk about it it happend in the 4th grade im in the 11th now buh it still hurts…how do I let go?

well I would talk to someone your REALLY close to about it, they might be able to give you advice. If it hurts way too much, and thats all you think about, then maybe you should see a professinal. I got abused when I was younger; I just told myself that I need to forgive and forget..and eventually; thats what I did..
