Busting out of my pants, how do I lose my gut?

Just last week, I could swear my black khakis fit fine. Now, I’m busting out of my pants, and my stomach seems like it’s twice as big. I don’t think I’ve done anything differently, though I do keep putting off my exercise routine till “tomorrow”…which is an excuse, and means I simply don’t bother.

Is there a way I can slim down my waste? I really can’t afford to go buying all new pants, and I feel like this happened so suddenly, it’s scary. Thanks.

Well, there is no quick fix, or I would have already found it : )

I would try getting a broom handle (without the broom), place over your shoulders with your hand just hanging over the top. Your legs should be shoulder width apart. Turn to your right, then your left, only at your comfort level at first, till you get used to it. Repeat motion over and over again. It is great when you do it to music. It makes the time go by quicker

This work wonders for your waistline and tummy. It honestly works and it is not a tough excercise to get into.
