Lose 10 pant sizes in 1 summer

I have one summer to drop to a size 4 in pants and no way to do it. If ANYONE has ANY ideas PLEASE write them down!!! I have to look good for homecoming.

you are insane… why on earth would you need to lose that much weight that quickly?

to be completely honest the only way to do it is to develop an eating disorder. You will lose too much too fast, and if you don’t kill yourself doing it, you will probably be hospitalized.

or you can get surgery

PLUS! losing weight that fast, and then going back to your old habits will cause you to gain more weight than you lost.

Yea, thats pretty much impossible, no one likes people with eating disorders anyways, thats disgusting and its obvious all those people want is attention. Don’t go to homecoming if you don’t think you look good, you won’t end up having any fun. Eat healthy, drink lots of water, take your vitamins, and go out and do something physical everyday (at least 5 times a week). good luck! remember, your true friends and family don’t care how you look, they’re your friend because of your personality.

sorry about that last post… there are just so many people who only care about their size…

the best thing to do would be to develop healthy habits. I suggest eating a vegetarian diet and doing 30 minutes of exercise daily.

instead of worrying about that certain size, just try to be healthy and see where it takes you.

I started going to the gym in Feb. 09 and now it is April09 I have lost 16lbs!!! drink a lot of water, walk 2 miles 4 days a week, dont eat junk food and stay motivated you can make it happen!!! Trust me.

Sorry, but what your asking is impossible. You can lose a lot of weight by running, eating 1200 calories a day, and doing yoga. You could probably lose about 2 pant sizes in a month, at the very least. I tried it and started about 1 month ago and have lost around 19 pounds. Good luck!
