How do I burn inner thigh fat?

The outside of my legs is all muscle, but there is still some fat on the inside that I need to get rid of. Are there any specific exercises to burn inner thigh fat? Imagine you are sitting cross-legged. It’s the part of my legs that is closest to the little triangle gap down the middle of the crossed legs.

join a running club or an aerobics class…or if u have an excercise ball put it between ur legs and squeeze it for 20 secs,relax,20 secs,relax and so on. do about 5-10 sets of those a day.hope that helps=)

You cannot spot reduce fat from your inner thigh (or anywhere else for that matter) by changing exercise patterns (or nutrition).
. Your own genetic structure determines where your body will preferentially burn fat from if,and when, you eat fewer calories than you burn by work done / exercise.
. As a woman, your genetics are predisposed to retain fat in the thigh (as well as buttocks and hips), and the best you can do by changing your exercise & nutritional regime is to reduce overall body fat so that much of it disappears from other areas before it significantly reduces in your thighs.

I do not recommend the alternatives of liposuction, ….. ….. or male hormone therapy, that could counteract your feminine tendency to store fat in the thighs.

I think 45 -60 minutes of vigorous Aerobics 5 times a weak is more than enough to burn your inner thigh fat. You will get tired here, but it is more effective for sure

you could do squats and leg press they will gain muscle so you lose fat and it also tones the rest of your legs
