Get rid of inner thigh fat?

I need to lose that inner thiegh fat and tone my arms without making them muscular. How do I do this?

The most safe and fastest way is to start working out and the main muscles to work out is your legs. Because they are the largest muscles in your body and will burn off fat faster. When the fat in your thighs are gone, and still working out. Your body will search the rest of your body and burn that fat off as well. I had an X girlfriend that I did this with, she was weighing around 150 lbs and after was 105 lbs and very happy. I had her jog every time she heard a song on the stereo that she liked on a trampoline to absorb the shock of your body weight, to not injure your back. But there are other exercise equipment that you can use for your legs and thighs that will do the job or squats etc. But you can’t just talk about it, getting up and doing it will make this happen. Also don’t over do it when you start out, because you will end up in a lot of pain the next day. So start out a few minutes per day and see how you feel and go by how you are feeling. Over doing it will push you into giving up and you don’t want to do that if you want the results that you asked about. I was a weight trainer & lifter and my father was a weight lifter for many years. It takes some work, but the results in the end will be worth the effort.

put a pillow between your knees and squeeze it hold for a few seconds and release squeeze as hard as you can

also squats standing with your legs far apart and toes pointing out

well. I go to the gym almost everyday. and im pretty fit, the my legs are toned, and the outter muscle is prettty defined, I just need specific exercises that will help my inner thighs.
