How can I stop my eating disoder?

Your friend is not a professional. If you have an eating disorder, you need to get professional help. So as amblessed said, tell a parent, counselor, doctor, etc.

Get help NOW - tell your parents / school counselor / trusted adult / minister, whoever, but GET HELP !!..you may very well be damaging your organs and yes, this can be fatal..you’ll be in my thoughts and prayers.

It’s important to get help as soon as you can. Look up the services available in your area. Go to your school counsellor, or anyone else (try some help lines) and say you need info. If you’re worried about them telling a parent, say it’s for a friend you’re concerned about. Or ask your friend to ask (if she’s brave).

There should be stuff available, as eating disorders are becoming more and more common.

there are many confidential services (so your parents wont find out).

Also, find out as much as you can!

Spend time with your friends, so as to try and stop the Eating disorder from taking up too much of your thoughts and time.

If your parents hit would beat you for something like that, then that’s even more reason to get professional help.

my parents will just beet me and if i tell anyone like a doctor my parents will be taking away
