How do I stop eating so much?

When I’m stressed out, I eat. And I’m stressed out a lot. I’m soo afraid of gaining all this weight and weighing like 500 pounds :( I used to cut when I was stressed but, that got me no where. How do I stop eating so much?

You’ve replaced one harmful habit with another (no judgment, welcome to the club…). Maybe you need to deal with the core issues here? Have you considered talking to a counselor?

I’m glad to hear you’ve stopped cutting! :)

Willpower can be hard, I know. Try finding something light and filling to eat like carrots. It’s easy to keep eating, and you won’t have to worry as much about gaining weight. Also, try to drink a lot of water. The more water you drink, the more full you’ll be, and the less you’ll eat!
