How can I stop feeling guilty after I eat?

Everytime after I eat I feel so guilty. How do I stop?

You need to remind yourself that you have to eat to live and survive … you shouldn’t feel guilty for living. Do you feel guilty only when you eat fatty foods? If so lower your intake on it and when you do just make sure that you think of it as a treat for eating so much more healthier all the other times! You might need to seek a counselor, therapist that can help you over come that feeling of guilt!
