broke my diet

ok so I just ate 2 pieces of pizza and broke my diet and my formal is on friday and im scared the pizza will go straight to my thighs/a*s. is there anything I can do or eat or take that will help

Ooooh…well work out then. Till friday eat only 40grams of sugar a day! When you get hungry, drink two glasses of water, so you can make yourself full. Be a vegetarian/vegan for the next few days. That is all I got.

yea the best thing to do is if your trying to lose weight in a short period of time would be to work out and when you get hungary eat just letuce or just crushed ice…and in the morning drink to glasses of ice cold water it boosts your matabalism…or eat celerly…trust me these things work I was in wrestling since I was in pre school and my junior year I had to cut from 210 to 171 in like a month and I wasnt that fat …
