British code
when a person suspected to do 3 murder crimes , can he be sent free with a warrant (parole ) according to the British codes . please I need a true answer as I am writing a detective story and I am not from England thanks
I know Britain has something called a Parole Board. I’d do some research on their history and what they do to find out if they grant parole to homicide suspects.
