How would two convicted felons that are on probation, legally live together without violating there parole?

Answer #1

As long as both people advised their probation officers of their living situation, and they lived together before, it shouldn’t be a problem. They can’t ask you to not live with your partner just because on probation. JUST BE HONEST with the PO’s. You can not get in trouble if okay’d by PO.

Answer #2

This is at the discretion of the PO. I am on federal probation and one of my conditions is that I do not associate with other people on probation. But, since it is nearly impossible for felons to get housing of their own these days they will make exceptions for felons to live together. There are some “felon friendly” apartments and rooming houses where felons can live and the PO’s know this and they pretty much have to make that exception because their clients have to live somewhere.
