um… well from my point of view I would let him know… but, just flirt with him a lil and get to know his girlfriend… hopped it helped

Just be respectful, find similar interest, try to match his personality and surprise him every now and then, but if you do flirt, make sure his girl friend isn’t around, I usually don’t recommend flirting since I am the kind of person that wouldn’t disrupt a relationship that’s already active.

Just be considerate, if you end up telling him how you feel, always assume he doesn’t feel the same way, reason for this - it helps you numb yourself emotionally, which for most people can be a good thing.
