Answer #1

eat more fiber

Answer #2

Eat foods with fiber, some vegtables are good, such as cabbage, broccoli….

Answer #3

Try using a stool softener

Answer #4

did they give you the super laxative before your operation? if so it might take a while to get back to normal. Just go back to your regular diet and yes, a little fiber is always good. Try eating yogurt and cheese to get your lower digestive bacterias going again also.

Answer #5

You can also use mineral oil, a vitamin called Acidophillius, or a “colon flush” from your local wal-mart. Or if you’re willing to do it, you could give yourself an enema.

Answer #6

Maybe the not moving bit is part of the healing process?…As i am not a Doctor or Surgeon i find advise impossible to give correct advise for you…although i would advise sticking to what your surgeon advised ?

Answer #7

Ha, ha! Gonna ask a Walmart employee if they have any Colon Flush in stock!!

Answer #8

When I had surgery they put me on a stool softener for awhile as they didn’t want me to strain and have a surgical complication.

Answer #9
