BMI test accuracy?

How accurate are BMI tests?? I was wondering because when you think about it it doesnt really know wher that fat is placed , ‘is’ so how accurate are they really???

they do not work if you are really muscleyyy. like if you are like “normal” body weight. like muscle wise and fat wise. then it is close but if you have lots of muscle. it is wayyy offf. same for being to see if your underweight or overweight.

you can go to the doctors and they can tell you properly??

Yeah they can be a completely wrong. Last year, I put my height (5”2’) and weight (40kg) into it and it came out that I was obese and needed help immediately. Well, I sorta got anorexia after that…mum told me I was fine but I wasn’t having it, I said the NET had told me, the NET wasn’t wrong. But it was, and thanks to that, I only just got over it :-( So…I wouldn’t believe all you’re told by a computer…
