BMI & abs matter?

I dont know if this matters, but I guess thats the question lol. What does your bmi have to be to obtain abs, or like a really good toned stomach? does your bmi matter? thanks

BMI is mostly crap..it’s just a factor of your height vs. weight, really athletic people usually come back overweight. Your BMI and abs have nothing to do with each other.

Nope not really, infact if you were like really fit and toned, your bmi might not completely be reflected right (because muscle weighs more than fat)
