What birth control pill is best for clearing acne?

Okay so I want to start taking birth control pills to help clear up my acne and to regulate my period, but the question is what pill has been most helpful to clearing acne?

They say birth control clears acne but most do not…take it from someone who knows by experience! Bt to be honest der is something that does and it may sound weird at first but its Prenatal Vitamins!

ortho tri-cyclen helped A LOT with my sister and a few other people I know. I’d speak to a dr though and ask what they think will work best for you :)

i take ortho tri cyclen for acne and it works. but everyone is different.

Yeah every person i’ve talked to who has used that particular birthcontrol said it worked extremely well for acne.

My friend and I have been taking Prenatal Vitamins and my hair has grown super fast as well as my nails. Which I have been wanting because i’m trying to stop biting them. they are also good for your skin so give it a shot it may just clear acne. If it doesn’t well at least you have beautiful nail and hair!

Everyone is different and birth control pills DO HELP in preventing acne. You shouldn’t take pre-natal vitamins if you aren’t pregnant, they can be too strong for you and cause other deficiencies, rather get a zinc/selenium supplement and folic acid.

I suggest speaking to your doctor and start with a very low strenght birth control pill.
