im Bipolar, for those of you who dont know
and I was wounder if theres anyone els here who has this disorder aswell?
I take meds for it but sometimes I explod on my fiance
im not sure how to controll my anger
any advice?
Proper diet and excersize can cure 99% of these problems. The reason the drugs are being perscribed is because these drug companies pay a percentage of profits to the doctors who perscribe them. It sad thing is that it is perfectly legal.
well I can be bi-poler due to my medication levels and when I do end up totally flipping out I usually force myself to run as fast as I can to chill myself than take a cold shower and avoid caffine.
