Big thighs advice

How can I loose a lot of weight in my inner thigh area. I have thick thighs and they need to go down.

Do lots of cardio to shed the fat. Do strenghtening exercises to make your inner thighs stronger and more toned. Peace

there are a lot of ways to go. .you can start with a routine where you can jog or even speed walk to burn off thickness. . .or you can do a lot of cardio or jump rope or even doing squats with lightweights just to get that burning feeling in your thighs. . .”no pain no gain”

you know that posistion, where you’re on your side, with your leggs together (one on top of the other)? if so, get to that posistion, then lift the leg on top up all the way, and when you come down, hold it at the middle, and do a count of 5secs, then go all the way down, then repeat! do 3 sets, 20 reps for each side! - I’ve heared that this excersise burns the fat in your thighs! or you can also do squats with an exersise ball! - 3set, 20reps!
