lower stomach pooch and big thighs.

haha. I am NOT fat. I have a great body and I love it. I dont weigh a lot. but the parts of my body that are out of shape are my thighs and I have a small pooch on my lower stomach. what are some exercises to get rid of these? how long do I do them for? and how many of the exercise do I do??

My thighs are big..runs in the family…on my dads side. my thighs are big on the inside. and on top they are big. so if you were looking at me from a front view, my thighs would touch when I walk. and if you looked at me from the sidee, my thights curve outwards. I love my body I just want it to look in better shape. :] thanks

I Am sooo not kidding I am exactly the same!!! I play soccer and volleyball… My thighs are muscular but it come in handy for corner kicks :) haha I can kick it across the field without it touching the ground :) but I work out and yet I still have that small pooch… I have no idea how to get rid of it :/

I have the same thing! im really athletic and exercise a lot so I dont understand why my lower belly pooches out! I wanna get rid of it but I don’t know how :/ help!

I have the same build! its called an athletic build! you have high hips rite? me too! and my friends all call me skinny and I agree but my legs AND belly bump really throw me off!!
