how do I get skinny thighs when I’m in sports?

same here but a lot of people do its normal but you can try leg /thigh exercises while you watching tv running isnt always the best leg toner believe it or not. You always see dancers with nice legs because there muscular when they train and do classes for it. plies lol I now thats wierd actually work well for inner thighs and leg lifts for around the outter thigh

do pilates. it helps you slip down your thighs while still having muscles.
