Big stomach

Please give me some advices…what should I do..my stomach is really big…and its so shameful when I wearing body fits…can you give me some tips to make my stomach flat…

Crunches/Sit ups Yoga.. you REALLY work your stomach muscles. (I started yoga last week and I feel so much better) Cut down on the junk food/soda.

try walking everyday hun…guarantee you will have a reduce tummy within a month if you can continue walking for eg 1 hour a day.

walking is fun, free and to make it more enjoyable grab your pet or a mate and go for a walk.

walking with your back straight for about an hour a day and also the biggest mistake is to drink while you eat(thats true story trust me)u should drink before or after and not during the meal and not many people know that

Bicycle crunches…lay down, hands behind head, legs raised 95’ angle and take opposite elbow to opposite knee and switch. Do those til you can’t do anymore. Those work really well. Plus, a good diet and cardio!

All you have to do is drink a lot of water, don’t eat junk food, walk atleast 1.5 miles 4 times a week, and do sit ups, and do side twists. Trust me it works, it takes time, but in the end you will be happy!
