Being More Respectful

I have noticed at school only 1 person out of everyone that I know is very respectful,doesn’t cuss and does all of her work. What I want to know is how can I be more of a respectful person similar to her?

Always try to put yourself in other people’s shoes. Have compassion. Don’t gossip. Seeing things from someone else’s viewpoint will help you to respect them more. Also have you heard of a “swear jar” ? Everytime you swear, you have to put a certain amount of money (your choice how much) in the jar, and at the end of the week you give it all to a charity (do you have missions collection at your school?)

Well, being respectable starts with being respectful. Remember that! :) If you’re not willing to respect someone, you more than likely wont recieve respect in return. Humble yourself and keep negative comments to yourself. Ask God for the strength to refrain from cussing and going along with other evil things of this world.

basically, knowing the code of ethics and right conduct is enough to be a guide on how to be repectful and gain respect, too..

Just focus on your work. Make that your primary concern. Think of how you would want people to talk to you, and do that.
