How to be good in both halves of a basketball game?

Ok so I play Basketball and I usally don’t get warmed up and play real good untill the 2nd 1/2 and I don’t know why!! Like I’m pretty tall and I make a lot of basket like last game I made 10 points wich was 5 baskets so yeah that’s good, but I would make more if I did good in the 1st half. My mom is ussally like yelling at me, but I don’t get used to the people and the hoop for some reason til the 2nd half. So any advice on what I should do in order to to good in both 1/2s of the basketball game??

Dear Bubb, Get to your games about a half hour early. Go off to the side and do light streching for 10 min. Go somewhere at the facility where you can start a light run..maybe on the sidelines or in the halls etc.. Get nice and warm..break a sweat before you step onto the floor to warm up for the game.. I also PLay ball so I can relate.. When I was in middle school I use to score at least 16 a game as a point guard. Ok..The reason you do better in the 2nd half is because your getting closer to the GAme ending..In the first half you probably be nervous and since you a big scorer you feel the pressure is on you..this is Normal. Well I dont know how it is with boYs but for girls Its pRActicly normal=)
