When is it time to call it quits for basketball im 37?

Summer is coming fast and I need to lose about 20 or more pounds for basketball, I gained 50 this year eating the wrong foods… I can still play the game also dunk but I feel winded a lot of the time now days!!! any advice

Yea I easily agree with the other awnser

dont quit even if your old, everyone needs something to help them be healthy Basketball is yours and you should stay at something your good at

dont quit just keep telling yourself you need to be healthy (healthier) again. dont quit because of your age/weight or whatever it is. :)
