bad new years - crying and upset!

I’m real depressed right now cause it’s new years, and I was invited to this party/sleepover! - but my dad won’t take me there since it’s snowing real bad right now, plus the place is real far! so my boyfriend got pissed, because he thought he could get a ride from me… he was all upset and got worked up. just a few seconds ago his mum called my cell, all upset, I was able to hear my boyfriend and his dad screaming and swearing at eachother, she then asked me if I was able to hear what was going on. I told her “yes, and that I’m real srry for his anger”… she asked what was happening and I explained… she then broke out in tears telling me that he always gets worked up and angry, she also told me that she said it’s better off if he dosen’t sleepover, cause it’s new years and he should just spend it with family, but he slammed the door at her!…she then told me she’d talk to me later and hung up! - leaving me spechless!

what am I to do or say to my boyfriend or his mum, if they call later?

it’s tuff, since they’ll all mostly be over at this guys house (the one in the story)… and I’m just more worried now, because he walked out on his family! - his mum called my cell again… and she asked if I think he’ll be alright?… I’m getting real worried right now, because the weather is really bad outside!

You should just leave them alone. It isn’t your falt that he doesn’t have a ride, and he shouldn’t be angry at you because of that. You can have your own party at your house though, if it would make you feel better?

wow! it’s not your fault he’s pissed, he’ll calm down… I hope… he’s just upset and it’ll turn out fine and ya you should just invite some friends like tha peeps above me said :)

cjscoot is right… he should be mad because he wont be with YOU not over a stupid party. Just relax and cheer up. its going to be a long night. invite some friends over and have fun!
