Are sardines ok to put on your pizza?
Normally, I don’t go in for seafood - most of it curls my stomach. However, a friend of mine was egging me on to try sardines on my pizza. I’ve tried to resist the urge, however, I keep wondering: am I missing out on something?
Tell me truthfully - are sardines good on pizza, or would my life be complete without indulging in this culinary experience?
They’re not too far off from anchovies. So its not that much of a stretch actually.
In fact, on the web, there are many recipes detailing sardines on pizza!
