Fear of arachnaphobia, I want to stop, help?

Ok I have like an uncontrollable fear of arachnaphobia. In other words, weneveri see teh tiniest bug [usually spiders] I cry. How do I get over this fear when I am always on the lookout for spiders and jumping at spots on teh wall? Its so ridiculous, but it want stop. Help!

I honestly don’t know…if I see more than 5 bus in a group (ants, bees, earwigs, etc), I don’t start crying…but my toes curl, and my butt cheeks squeeze together…kinda like a “pre-scream”…

ok what you want to do is NEVER LOOK FOR SPIDERS it may be hard but do your best not to…and if you c one dont be scared just move away from it..dont cry or anything..and if its at home to get spider bug spray or w/e and spary it around the house

You need to slowly acclimate yourself to them. Have a friend capture a spider in a jar now and then, and get closer and closer until it doesn’t bother you as much. Eventually you should be able to stand being next to one.
