any advice ? I need it!
friday night I got arrested for a D.U.I. accident because some drunk person grabed the steering wheel and we crashed. should I try and fight it or should ijust go on the run again ? any advice? any one ?
well I think you need to get some help I just had a family member killed by a drunk drive so I hink you shuold not fight it and go to jail
Well it doesn’t matter who grab the stering wheel, neither of you shouldn’t have been driving. That drunk person may have saved your life, drunk or not. Everything happens for a reason.
It seems that the best option is to face the situation I know that isnt what you want to hear, the important factors are, were you drinking? and what was the reason for the passenger to grab the steering wheel to figure if you have a case.
Fight for what? You mean to try to prove who was the drunkest?
Chalk it up as a bad choice, driving under the influence.
You didn’t mention the other driver, did they survive, what is there status/critical, serious, stable or able to maybe go home in one piece? You seem fine and only concerned about yourself. A jail cell would have given you more time to think, you wouldn’t need any advice, you think? Hopefully no one was physically hurt!
