  by tower do you mean a pole?

  well the only real threat is if you touch a wire while on anything metallic connected to the ground or if you touch two different wires that would make your body a bridge and kill you while leaving a few parts of town without electricity for a few minutes, you could hang from a wire with both hands and not be hit by electricity... but if you touched another or the ground then youd be barbecue
