Anxiety? Im not sure.

I pick at my arms a lot and they bleed. Im not a tweak, haha. But I’m worried that they will start to scar. I think that I do this because of anxiety. Or something. Can someone relate? Or let me know whats up? Hah.
Thanks. P.s. I know that this isn’t do to nervousness. Cause even when I am sitting alone in my room I do it.

I have anxiety and I picked at my head and it began to bleed but if you try to focus on other things you should be fine.

when it itches scratch on the side of scab without actually touching it that way it dont bleed
