When you first get pregnant, symptoms don’t typically show up for a month or more. Obvious symptoms would be a missed period, light spotting, tender breasts, nausea, vomiting, etc.

You need to go to the doctor and take a test (NOT a home pregnancy test, they are not as accurate and cannot detect pregnancy as quickly). Check out the Planned Parenthood website and find a location near you and make an appointment soon.

If you ARE pregnant they will be able to tell you right away, and go over your options (abortion, adoption, keeping it).

If you ARE NOT pregnant they can help you get some Plan B pills in case of an emergency and some regular birth control pills (which you should be taking IN ADDITION TO using a condom).

She doesn’t have to know if you go to Planned Parenthood. They are COMPLETELY confidential. They will not ever mail you anything, or call your home phone (if you even put one down) or anything like that at all. I started going when I was 14 and of course did not tell my parents. I STILL go when I need to, because they are confidential and you can usually get an appointment ASAP (plus they are cheaper than going to the doctor).

Many girls are all different in this situation I would wait to see if my period started before I started jumping to any conclusions.. if that doesnt start then I would def. go take a test any kind that you are able to take or wanting to take … dont worry yourself to much though you can end up thinking your pregnant (and your really not) and you will have symptoms just like if you were pregnant
