How do I get tone without losing anymore weight?

Okay im 5’’4 and weigh 126 pounds, I have lost 10 pounds in 1 1/2 months, I dont want to lose anymore weight because if I lose more I will look to skinny, I just want to tone up, but it seems like im still losing weight. I work out everyday I run a mile do abs etc. How do I tone up without losing anymore weight?

stop running.. running gets your cardio going and causes you to lose a bit of weight. just keep working out. lift some weights even, light weights because you’re small. and eat foods with protein, lots of protein !

You should weigh between 108 and 132 pounds, so you have a lot of leeway.

Eat healthy meals and do a variety of exercises.
