Your body goes into survival mode. First your body will survive off of your fat deposits than it will turn to eating your muscles and you will find yourself tired and unable to do much physical activity. Your metabolism will forever be changed and as you gain weight back, this is where you will become more fat. Muscle takes work to develop and re-develop and unless you work and exercise when you begin to eat again, you will gain more fat than muscle. Your body will not be able to process the food the way that it used to and it will take twice as much to be able to be healthy again.

You can also become “skinny fat” Where you may be skinny but the majority of your mass is fat instead of muscle which is very unhealthy. This happens to many scary skinny models.

Not eating damages your body too… healty diet and exercise, lose 1 - 2 lb a week, its the only way to go. Agree with the comment above me 100%.

Yes. When you eat,Your body stores any sugars as bodily fat. When You Stop eating,Your body starts searching for the food, And It uses the stored fat. Because your stomahc is working so hard,it expands,to trick itself into feeling full. So,You actually look fatter if you stop eating. =]
