When you are angry, do you usually hold it back?

or do you let it out. Everywhere, I am seen as the quiet girl. I don’t show my anger often at all. When I do, people are often shocked. So I was wondering, who holds it back?

It really varies sometimes I bottle it up then I eventually explode but with others I’m VERY confrontational.

I usually hold it back. I don’t quite see the point in making a scene or acting crazy. It’s just one of those things you’ll regret doing later on. Additionally, I like to think about what happened so I can try finding a better solution.

I used to be that way. I was always the laid back girl and never showed that anything bothered me. People would often hurt my feelings without realizing it or make me mad somehow. I never showed them that it bothered me which was my mistake. One day I got pushed too far and I became a BITCH. I lost a friend because of it. You shouldn’t blow up and throw fits every time you get a little angry, but if something is bothering you enough then I would at least talk about it. In the end, it always makes me feel better because now people know that I won’t put up with any bull. I’m a lot closer to the people I love because they respect me now.

I hold it back and put on my ear phones and blast my music! It helps and sometimes it doesn’t. Or I’ll go for walks which always, listening to my mp3 of course, always does the job :)

not always, just the day before yesterday i blew up and started screaming and smashing doors and things. wowo (but seriously dont think im crazy it was the second time it ever happend )
