Can irregular periods act as birth control?

ok I do not have normal period, well I tried to buy condoms and the store clerk told me I needed to be older to buy them..so me and my boyfriend have been having sex and not pulling out or anything since I have not had a period in so long.but now I have little signs and if I have no period what is chance of having a baby?

Answer #1

Pulling out is not a good method of birth control! When a man has it in you there is always something leaking out of that throbbing (thing that has over a hundred different names) and there can be sperm present in that leaking fluid. It only take one and there can be millions.

well not pulling out with no condom isnt the smart thing to do. there is no age limit on condoms, so just try around or go to a local walmart and they will absolutely let you buy them.i would definitely get a pregnancy test.

There’s no age limit to buy condoms, so ehhhh, nice try. If a clerk gives you a hard time, ask for the manager. Or go to a different store. Or go to your local planned parenthood and grab handfuls of free condoms. Or make an appointment at planned Parenthood for contraceptives. There’s no reason for you not to be on birth control and using condoms. America makes it veeeeery easy for you. Please quit screwing around with your life. A baby is a miserable thing to have when you’re a kid.

Especially if you’re a kid like you, whose parents ignore you and you have a miserable home life. Yes, I remember you.

irregular periods and birth control are two completely different things. So yes you could be pregnant.

When you are on Birth Control the hormones trick your body into thinking it’s pregnant. The period you have while on BC is different from ones when you’re not on BC in that while on BC you bleed from the absence of hormones. While off BC you bleed from the uterine lining build up in anticipation of a fertilized egg and then it sheds because there isn’t one.

Be smart when it comes to sex. Do a little research.

Answer #5

no. irregular periods cannot act as a birth control. what were you thinking when you let him do that? chances are you ARE pregnant if he came inyou, and you havent been getting your period. why wouldnt he pull out. thats not safe even a grade 6 would know that. I recomend you go to a dollar store, get a birth control test and if it says negative, and you STILL do not get your period, go to a clinic. get tested. you need to find out now before you do anything else. you should be a little wiser.. Also.. If you find out you arent pregnatn. Tell the guy you are.see his reaction If he loves you he will be by your side if he says its not his then hes not the guy for you if hes giving you scares give him one
