Am I muscular but overwieght?

I am 13, I weigh 124 lbs. Some of it may be water weight because I drink a lot. I can lift at least 125 lbs, I’m not sure how much I can lift though because I don’t get to go to the gym. I am 4’11. I’m really muscular though. I eat 2 or 3 meals a day and about 2 or 3 snacks a day. I can almost beat my 15 year old sister in arm wrestling, and she can lift me.

well this doesn’t make all that much cense to me, because if you can lift your own weight normally you are in fairly good shape but I was around five six when I weighed that much, and I was extremely strong lifting about the same amount, so im not saying you are lying just asking if you are exaggerating on any of that at all? because that doesn’t quite make cense to me…

no no no you are not over weight. Eat healthy, keep physically active but please do not diet. Teens who diet, frequently end up over weight later in life. Love and respect your body its the only one you get !

Most of that weight maybe muscle…and muscle weighs more then fat. So most of the weight could be healthy weight and its not bad.
