am I jealous type???

am unable to accept the thing that my girl friend connects her previous boy friends.and the feeling that she had sex with them makes me feel more jealous and insecure..I know am not mentally strong but how could I change myself??? I need help…can anyone out there give me some mental consultancy???I badly need help!!!

I know this may sound trite…or at least “what everybody says”…BUT…you need counceling…What you’re feeling is stemming from past baggage (which may have nothing to do with a girlfriend), just “stuff” you are lugging around without realizing it. The jealousy and insecurity you’re feeling will drive off your girlfriend, and any future girlfriends…that is the nature of the “green monster”…

A counsellor will give you the tools you need to change yourself, drop the old baggage in the dust and help you grow into a happier more secure person…FOR LIFE!!
