Can I miss school if I'm pregnant?

im only 15 in the 8 grade and pregnant am i allowed to stay out of school for a while during my pregnancy

Well, i Suppose your allowed, if your in pain or if the doctor says its ok or adviseable… i would suggest though at least takeing off school when u reach about 7 monthes… also, i am not sure weather or not you are prud to be 15 and pregnent, but if you are, congrats! but, i do have to say, are you prepared for the immense pain you will be going through? and also, i do feel sorry for you.. you will have to finish highschool if you want your child to be able to have a mom who can help them in school… i am in 8th right now, and im only 14, but i will be 15 in may, and i really wish to be a father, but i have to say, i would never cause a girl i loved, at age 15, to have a child… i am not trying to put you down, but most of the children that are given birth from by younger mothers, normaly are premature, so if you do any drugs or drink, you cannot do that at all, especialy if it is goin to be a premy. ummm.. but yeah, i guess you would have to get a doctors notification if you wish to be able to miss school… well, i wish you best of luck, and i hope that when you have your child, that both of you will be ok :]

yes youcan..get on a 504 plan or something lol not too sure what its called but it entitles you to miss so many days..for medical uses

my sis had the same promble she got pregnant at the age of 13 now you should unless your docoter tell you to be on bed reset will that is what my sis did
