What is this almighty pain in my leg?

About 3 minutes ago the top of my leg started to hurt. The pain increased to that of growing pains. Then it travelled to my knee. The pain increased. I now can’t move ‘cause the pain is so intense. My leg feels really warm around the areas that are hurting. And is kinda throbbing. I haven’t done any kind or strenuous exercise today, or even in the past week/month.. and I was just lying down when the pain kicked in. Does anyone have any ideas/similar problems? I don’t want it to be growing pains. It’s only in one leg. I’ll be lopsided. I don’t want to be lop sided. I DON’T LIKE THIS. WHAT IS HAPPENING TO ME D’: x

That has happened to me before and sometimes it’s just a sign that your body needs exercise or maybe you just need to stretch a little bit. it’ll hurt but it usually helps me. if it continues to hurt or increase in pain, try calling a doctor or going to see one.

That happened to me occasionally when I was 16-17, even now it happened to me a couple of nights ago. Since you haven’t done any strenuous exercise my guess is going to be that the muscles are not being exercised, creating these horrible pains. However, I remembered when I exercised because I thought my leg need more for the muscle, turns out that night my leg erupted in pain again. It seems to differ from person to person, and If exercising it doesn’t help then all I can really give you is my sympathy.

is sounds like charlies horses. if its not your lucky. if it is god help you because those are a pain in the booty!!

It’s probably cramps.. A simple solution to this is getting more proteins like bananas.
